Since the beginning of our partnership in 2009, the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics has been extremely pleased with the commitment and professionalism Ruggles uses to market our annual meetings. Attendance at our meetings has grown yearly partly due to their detailed, timely, and effective marketing strategies. Their targeted campaigns directed to our various member demographics have been very successful as shown by increased meeting attendance and engagement with exhibitors. Most recently, Ruggles facilitated a video and webinar session for our Ambassador Program that produced digital media that will assist us with member recruitment and retention with the younger demographic.

Planning and attending meetings coordinated through the Ruggles team is remarkably easy and problem free. The entire process, from registration to onsite activities, runs smoothly and efficiently. Staff are delightful to work with, they are incredibly friendly and helpful. The event registration process is straightforward, event logistic details are relayed in a consistent, thorough, and timely manner. Onsite logistics are meticulous, move-in and move-out details are flawlessly orchestrated. Their meetings are always well attended, making the whole endeavor very worthwhile. Finally, exhibitors and attendees can also always count on plentiful and delicious meals and receptions.

I have been an exhibit planner on the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics meetings for over 5 years now. As a planner, the AOAO meetings are among my favorite shows to manage. Dana and Julie are terrific and make planning this event pleasurable. It is easy to submit your application (you can pay online), they provide all the necessary details in a timely manner, they are extremely receptive and responsive if you have any questions and the onsite attention to detail is great. The exhibit hours are concise yet appropriate, and I have noticed that the events have grown over the years. The attendees are genuinely interested in product knowledge. They are engaging and you walk away from the meeting knowing it was worth your time, dollars spent and the effort.
